The callback verification from SecurityGateway is trying NULL entry first before using postmaster in Mail From command during CBV and the server eigbox.net is not accepting NULL entries in Mail From command.
 You can disable it by going to your Callback Verification settings in SG and disable the option called "Try NULL from address first" which will make postmaster@familycounsellingctr.com first to verify and never failed the CBV.
