Open admin command prompt

Run:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\MSTeams_24137.2216.2931.2440_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe>msiexec /i MicrosoftTeamsMeetingAddinInstaller.msi ALLUSERS=1

- Need to change to the folder with the proper version number!
